Job Description

  • Full-cycle recruiting on technical positions, this includes sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, testing, managing the hiring manager relationship, negotiating salary, and follow through after the candidate is hired.
  • High level of technical expertise and have placed multiple IT, Developers, Architects, and other technical candidates.
  • Building deep partnerships with Technical Managers to understand their teams hiring needs, capabilities and knowledge requirements/gaps, business, and team dynamics.
  • Developing sourcing strategies and research methods that are successful in attracting viable candidates through methods such as web sourcing, Boolean searches, candidate referrals, social networking, etc. 
  • Identifying, attracting, screening and securing top talent candidates, (both passive and active) for a variety of skill and experience levels. 
  • Negotiating offers and successfully closing candidates. 
  • Acting as SME in hiring processes, HR related matters, compliance, compensation, leveling guidelines, immigration, etc
  • Partner with internal business development team, recruiting team, and client to find talent.
  • Able to thoroughly explain IT positions, and vet candidates accordingly.
  • You are a learner and desire to increase job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
  • Expert in social media, experienced sourcing via LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Boolean searches, Microsoft Office Suite, and quick to pick up new systems.

Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience in recruiting and sourcing experience working in a medium to high volume, high hiring bar environment recruiting/sourcing for technical talent.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong full life cycle recruiting skills.
